Personal profile

Dr. Yuting Han is currently an Assistant Professor and PhD supervisor. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Central South University and his PhD from Peking University. From 2022 to 2025, he conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health, Peking University, during which he was awarded the fellowship of China National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents. In recent years, he has published high-impact researches as first-author (including co-first author), such as European Heart Journal (ESI highly cited paper), American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Cardiovascular Diabetology, Neurology, and the Chinese Journal of Epidemiology. He currently serves as a key member of the China Kadoorie Biobank, a Youth Committee Member and Secretary of the Epidemiology Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, as well as a Corresponding Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Journal of Epidemiology.

Main research directions

Chronic disease Epidemiology and Multimorbidity Epidemiology, with a focus on:

(1) Big data-driven identification and prediction of multimorbidity trajectories;

(2) Multi-omics-based investigation into the etiological mechanisms of multimorbidity
