Dr Shi was graduated from Shinshu University, Japan, in 2003 and got her PhD degree. After two years of post-doctor research working in Peking University, she joined Public Health School as a faculty member. She is an associated professor and master supervisor of School of Public Health, Peking University. She also provides technique supports and consulting for WHO, UNFPA, UNICEF.


Main research directions

Dr Shi is an active researcher of health education and promotion, preventive medicine. In recent ten years, she has leaded and joined a number of large scaled research projects of both national and international support, which range from Public Health including health education, NCD related nutrition problems, maternal and child health, health impact assessment (HIA).
