课题组致力于新发传染病的溯源预警与传播机制解析,聚焦病毒跨物种传播与进化动力学的关键科学问题。主要研究方向如下:
1. 病毒进化溯源与适应性机制
整合基因组学与系统发育分析,解析病毒跨宿主传播的关键进化规律与分子驱动机制。
2. 病毒溢出的生态学模型
构建“生态-宿主-病毒”交互模型,量化评估气候变化、生境破坏及人类活动对病毒跨物种传播风险的影响。
3. 智能预警与风险预测
融合多源数据与人工智能算法,开发新病原主动发现与传播风险动态预测系统,支撑前瞻性防控决策。
