个人简介

2018年7月毕业于北京大学国家发展研究院理论经济学（国家发展方向）专业，获经济学博士学位。主要研究领域包括：卫生经济、卫生政策、互联网+医疗健康服务创新等。以第一作者或通讯作者身份累计国内外权威期刊发表30余篇，包括 Lancet Regional Health- Western Pacific, Social Science & Medicine, Health Policy and Planning, China Economic Review, Health Systems & Reform《经济学（季刊）》《世界经济》《金融研究》等国内外顶级和权威期刊。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家社科基金重大项目子课题、教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金、北京市社科基金青年项目各1项。承担国务院研究室、国家医保局、北京市委改革办、北京市卫生健康委等部门委托的卫生政策横向课题和咨询项目十余项，所撰写的研究报告先后被国家有关部门、北京市和广东省采纳，并得到中央和省部级领导人批示。目前，担任中国卫生经济学会理论与政策专委会秘书长、银川互联网+医疗健康协会秘书长、国家医保局DIP支付改革专家组成员、广东省首批深化医药卫生体制改革研究专家库成员、北京市互联网诊疗质量控制与改进中心专家委员、北京市卫生健康大数据与政策研究中心学术委员会常务理事等职务
