个人简介

北京大学公共卫生学院卫生检验学系主任，教授，博士生导师。

1995年毕业于兰州大学公共卫生学院，获医学学士学位；2004年毕业于以色列希伯来大学公共卫生学院，获公共卫生硕士学位；2012年毕业于瑞士巴塞尔大学热带病与公共卫生学院，获流行病学专业博士学位；2015年毕业于新加坡国立大学李光耀公共政策学院和哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院，获公共管理硕士学位。

2005年~2012年任卫生部/GAVI项目中方主管，2011年12月~2016年11月任中国疾病预防控制中心免疫规划中心副主任。2016年11月入职北京大学公共卫生学院。2019年8月~2020年8月任WHO总部全球病毒性肝炎项目技术官员。2020年8月~ 北京大学公共卫生学院系主任/博士生导师。

承担国家科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划、国家自然基金、国家社科基金、北京市自然基金等项目22项，发表论文400余篇，参与9项WHO国际标准和指南、1项WHO战略规划、2项国家传染病诊断标准、3项中华医学会疾病防治指南的制定，出版专著5部。

担任世界卫生组织总部病毒性肝炎战略信息顾问、世界卫生组织WPRO和SEARO艾滋病病毒性肝炎和性传播疾病咨询专家，中华医学会公共卫生分会秘书长，中华预防医学会促进消除病毒性肝炎工作委员会主任、中华预防医学会感染性疾病防控分会副主任委员、中华预防医学会疫苗临床研究专委会副主任委员，中国疫苗行业协会疫苗犹豫研究与评价专委会主任委员（筹）。还担任Journal of Medical Virology 副总编辑、《中国预防医学杂志》执行总编辑、《中国病毒病杂志》副总编辑等。

主要研究方向

主要研究方向为传染病流行病学与防控技术、疫苗可预防疾病的免疫策略、疫苗上市后评价、免疫干预策略、全球卫生治理等。

3. 2012年在新疆脊灰疫情防控中表现优秀，被卫生部授予新疆脊灰疫情防控先进个人；

4. 《我国乙型病毒性肝炎流行规律和防治对策研究》获得2011年中华预防医学科学技术二等奖；

5. 《甘肃省不同经济地区儿童计划疫接种率及影响因素研究》获2003年甘肃省科学技术奖励委员会三等奖；
